The idea that he unqualified because he spoke against the attack is simply silly. The argument that he is disqualified because he a political affiliation is ludicrous. The court has ben left leaning for decades and the left celebrated now it is going to lean right and political leaning is an evil that can't be tolerated.

All of this wailing and gnashing of teeth is nothing more than panic because the worm has turned and the left's push to have courts create the law is about to bite them in ass. The panic would be entertaining if it wasn't so damaging.
