But now I'm starting to think that their recent roles have given them a little more freedom of thought, and they'll be more candid with Egwene than previously. Elayne has already made some pretty significant moves regarding the Windfinders, Kin and BA which Egwene would disagree with, and Rand's parting words to Nynaeve will hopefully be remembered.
I agree both Nyneave and Elayne have grown and will candidly present their views and will make moves that Egwene doesn't agree with. Egwene has asked for and needs the candid views of Nyneave and Elayne. I think both Nyn and Elayne will support Egwene. I don't think the two Queens (Nyneave is Queen of Malkier) will backstab Egwene, actively try to oppose Egwene, or take any of the negative power grabbing steps Romanda and Lelaine are taking. Thats what I mean by being loyal. Even when they disagree with Egwene they won't foment discord. It is hard for Romanda and Lelaine to gather support if Nyn and Elayne are actively supporting Egwene.

Egwene isn't supposed to be a leader. She's a dictator and a politician.
