We're at the threshold of Tarmon Gaidon - it is highly likely that her offers to Egwene have changed so that now she has been ordered to see to it that Egwene is converted to the Shadow or killed. At this point, Mesaana wouldn't really need to do much - Elaida is doing quite fine with her plans to destroy the Tower itself.

And honestly, at this point, Rand is going down the same path as Elaida, so left to his own devices, not much is really left to beat the Light - the whole "Let the Lord of Chaos rule" comment and all of that.
