All we see is Alviarin going to the Mistress's office again to get beaten. She's the second most punished person in the Tower after Egwene.

I wonder if she has a part to play in the series, or if she's broken like Galina and Liandrin are? Elaida hates her, and Mesaana wants to kill her - but SH does call her his creature, and did mark her.


In the end of KOD, Alviarin summons the Council of the Black Ajah to question Talene who fails to show up. Alviarin becomes suspicious of the BA Hunter Sitters (I forget their names) that were in Elaida's study with Talene. She orders the BA Sisters in their respective Ajahs to watch them. The foreshadowing that occurs in that chapter infers that the hunters (Pevara and company) may become the hunted. Therefore I think that a clash between the BA Hunters and Alviarin is on the cards soon. Egwene notes that Alviarin is late showing up for your daily punishments with Silviana. My first thought was that she was delayed due to BA business.
