Without making a claim about the bell curve being the same or not, I'd just like to point out that outliers like Sharina and Nynaeve in no way means it has to be the same, as you claim in your subject.


Which means the Bell Curve has not changed. If overall strength is on a bell curve and the highest point is still represented then the rest of the bell curve has not changed. Meaning the average strength level is the same. If Egwene's strength was the maximum level of modern Channelers then we could say that the average strength had shifted down.
