I rather tend to see this as Moiraine (originally) being one really good angreal away from Lanfear, but for her OP knowledge she might as well be Daigian... but a good push did the job.

The thing is, I'm not all that interested in this because the story rarely went into fields where the various talents, skills and even strengths could have been relevant. Now have Moiraine and Lanfear sit down and compete in OP deeds and it could have be fun (for those like me who aren't very fond of Moiraine!) but when it's about Gateway sizes, fights and shields.. *shrugs*. I prefer to read about Nyaneve OP wise, or occasionally Egwene.
