I don't think so. As such stated in the book, Arrows were flowing from each Rand's finger, as soon as they leave the fingers, the other ones are formed. It's basically the same as throwing fireballs, one weave at the time. Only in smaller scale and much faster.
But if this is the case, then why would he use them in the first place.
It says that the AoF weave is composed of two flows, Fire and Earth.
Immediately Lews Therin wove Fire and Earth in intricate combination, and red filaments flashed from Rand's fingertips, ten from each.
However Blossoms of fire are composed of three flows. Earth, Air and Fire.
Earth, Air and Fire went into a weave Rand did not know, six of them at once. Except that as soon as he saw the spinning, he did know. Blossom of Fire.
Now consider it.
If each arrow of fire was a single weave, then to shoot just 100 filaments, would have required 100 weaves, or 200 flows.
However with the same amount of flows, Rand could instead have created 66 blossoms of fire. Which do you think produces more damage to an incoming trolloc army, 100 filaments which each could kill 1-2 trollocs. Or 66 blossoms which each one producing huge explosions that take out trollocs at "hundred paces".
The only thing that makes sense to me is that the AoF thing is a single weave. If not, LTT is a complete idiot for wasting such huge amounts of flows to produce single filaments when with only a tiny more effort he could have produced blossoms and taken out tens if not hundreds of times the trollocs.
Add to this the fact that in the scene, the weave is referred to as a singular.
Immediately Lews Therin wove Fire and Earth in intricate combination
But the description is multiple
and red filaments flashed from Rand's fingertips,
And it seems obvious enough to me that a single complex weave can be used to shoot lots of filaments. One weave composed of fire and earth to produce lots of filamentS.
Who would win in a fight? (yes, you read that right!
