The LDS church has had a history of intolerance to homosexuality, as well as a double standard on polygamy. Perhaps CaptainHammer would like to clear this up?

But anyway. To the people that continue to nag at Adam, do you really think you're helping the situation? "Ah, yes, Adam called him a faggot. This gives me leave to (attempt to) insult him." Really? Double standards?

Besides, by what "rules" would Adam be banned? This is an open forum: we don't have rules. Go check the top. If we had rules, they would clearly outline what is appropriate, and what is inappropriate. We have certainly adopted standards of practice from Wotmania, but we can't go around banning people because we don't like what they say, at least without a basis for what we are doing, especially if there is nothing that prohibits the action. I continually see people critizing Adam for what he says. I don't have a problem with it; it's his opinion, and he is often mildly amusing. But going and complaining at people in what you perceive as "rude" while being "rude" yourself is only degrading the conversation to the point of asininity.
