"Towers of Midnight" suggests in any case that the WT plot won't be completely resolved until then, and that especially the Seanchan attack won't happen until book 13 (though there are of course also some other Towers the title likely refers to).

For what its worth, I completely disagree with you on this. The "Towers of Midnight" title to me refers to our two evil towers in the story. One definitly being the Black Tower which has a story arc with just as much brewing as the white tower even though it happens to be offscreen. The other tower being the tower of Ghenji (spelling?), who clearly has some evil roots as well, just ask Birgette.
