After all if it's important enough for the battle for the White Tower to need one clear leader, surely the battle for the whole freaking world, should clearly have everyone answering to Rand. I'd love a scene like this and see the hypocrite rattle of the reasons why Aes Sedai are superior and the world can't trust Rand to be in charge.

Whilst I've shifted somewhat on Egwene, I'd like one, just one, POV where she acknowledges a united Tower is only a means to an end and the REAL deal is the Last Battle and getting the Aes Sedai to, at worst, fight alongside Rand. Not be there with him 'guiding' him by the hair.
