i think that elaida will bring in the new oath that all sisters must swear obedience to the amyrlin seat, not to elaida personally.
but through egwenes actions in the tower most sisters will start to see egwene as the true amyrlin and be forced to obey egwene.
this will see the tower reunited with little blood spilt.
wether this will be before the seanchan invasion i do not know
