I'd assume fireballs and lightning, the most commonly used attacks, would work fine against a Cuendillar armoured target. Fire could seep through all the cracks - which Cuendillar armour would need to have, or else it would fuse together - and then the poor guy would just be cooked from within the armour. And I'm not sure why you say that Cuendillar wouldn't be conductive. Just because it's not damaged by electricity, doesn't mean it can't carry it.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
