1. Androl directly compares his strength to her and says that she is 'very strong'. He is very weak in the Power, but its extremely important that a male can compare his power to a woman. Androl has felt saidin in other Asha'aman though he's never channeled so much as when he linked with her, but his comment was interesting. It seems that Pevara is perhaps significantly powerful even compared to other men.
It isn't just Androl doing the comparison. Pevara is also able to tell that Androl is orders of magnitude too weak to Travel (revealing her ignorance in this regard).
And of course Pevara is significantly powerful compared to other men. She's just shy of Moiraine's strength, and that is above average strength in the bell curve. Moiraine and co. are at 60, and Pevara and others at her level are at 55. Darius and I have been telling you for ages that Aes Sedai aren't that weak. And now we have more proof.
