With Cadsuane mid-to-high 30s, Eg/Avi/El at 40, Nynaeve at 65, etc. Androl, meanwhile, is probably around 4 or 5. I see him as similar to Morgase, only a little more powerful.

I would agree with this.

Egwene said that she would need to link with Romanda and Lelaine to be able to challenge one of the Forsaken, and she's directly been exposed to Lanfear's strength. It seems that in a circle of three, Egwene and those two women equal approximately Lanfear's strength. This is similar to a mixed circle of three equaling Demandred's power, and also similar to Moiraine's statement that Egwene and Aviendha together would equal a Forsaken in strength. The only logical ratios are Moiraine/Romanda/Lelaine on 25 and Egwene/Flinn on 50.

There is no way in hell Moiraine is 60% as strong as Lanfear. If Rand can match any three women who are not Forsaken strength then all of those women must be below 50 in power. Kiruna believes that six Aes Sedai would not be able to take Rand and she backs this up with evidence that previous False Dragons of great power could not be overwhelmed and were often killed or stilled if only six went for them. You'd have to be dimwitted to think that six women have a combined strength of approximately 300 and cannot overwhelm men of a third of that strength. Its much more likely that six women have similar strength to one high powered male and can barely match him. Five women can hardly hold a shield on Logain - imagine actually matching his channeling power.

Moiraine's strength is 30 at best, especially because Aviendha tells Egwene that she is more powerful than Amys and Melaine combined, and both are women with significant strength. What is Egwene's strength... 100?

Androl's strength is probably 5 (he's more like Sorilea and can channel fully, unlike Morgase who's not really a channeler with her negligible weakness). If he links with someone whose strength is 24 he will be exposed to many magnitudes of his own natural strength. It substantiates little regarding Pevara's strength and considering she's close to Moiraine in strength, its likely she's stronger than most Asha'man.

Most men and women lie between 10 and 20 in strength. Higher values can't be substantiated by the majority of the quotes in the series.
