RAFO has definitely not gotten off to the best start as it is, and the inaction of the moderators over this troll is frankly ridiculous at this time.

I don't see anything majorly wrong with rafo yet, but this kind of trolling definitely has to be controlled. Not that I have kept a check on my tongue...
