I once asked what would happen if you were tied up in the real world, dreamed yourself into TAR and then opened a gateway there. Could you exit the gateway and untie yourself? Unlikely. But I doubt he thought of that.

If you dreamed yourself there, you obviously were a "dream construct". You can't exit TAR, just as Egwene's TAR Bela couldn't pop out into the world. Its even doubtful that the Gateway weave you wake in TAR will open into the real world unless you yourself are real.
