Therefore Siuan with an angreal could open a gateway someone could walk through, but there will be a limit to a gateways size regardless of how much strength an individual can make. Rand says as much when talking about how large a gateway he can make and then we later see that he can make many of that size at the same time ... so clearly it's not strength that is defining how big Rand's gateways can be.

In fact, IMO Logain would have been more correct with his strength comparison if he had noted the number of gateways Rand created simultaneously rather than how large they were.
