seems to me that it's just another interpretation or filter of the OP. Strength in the Weave clearly exists in even weaker Channelers as well ... I always thought what RJ was saying was that in general Men had a higher % of Channelers with strength in Fire and Earth (i.e. 80% of men show stronger affinity to one or both of those flows where only 20% may show affinity for Air or Water) ... but strength in Spirit was not skewed between men and women (i.e. 20% of Men show an affinity for Spirit and 20% of women show an affinity for Spirit).

*numbers are for illustration purposes only*

or perhaps more accurately:

for every 100 Channelers with an affinity for Fire, 80 will be men and 20 will be women
for every 100 Channelers with an affinity for Spirit, 50 will be men and 50 will be women
