The rest of the series is okay, but the Eye has some really, really annoyingly obvious similarities. Rand, Mat and Thom sailing past the Argonath after the breaking of the fellowship is one that made me facepalm on my first read. I think the most annoying bit to me, right now, is the Shienarans in Fal Dara who randomly speak bits of Old Tongue. There is no reason for it! There was a reason why the people of Gondor spoke the elvish tongues, but it's like the Shienarans just mimicked the behaviour without any purpose. It really annoys me.
The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
